2. Exam Booking on Microsoft: Once payment is confirmed and customers provide their Microsoft account details in the note, our team will proceed to book the Microsoft Azure on their behalf. The booking will be made through their own Microsoft account, ensuring a secure and personalized experience.

Confirmation Email: After successfully booking the exam, customers will receive a confirmation email from Microsoft, containing all relevant details, including the exam date, time, and location (if applicable).

Exam Booking Flexibility:

1. Exam Mode Selection: In the note provided during the payment process, customers can indicate their preference for either taking the exam at a certified center or through their personal laptop, from the comfort of their chosen location.

2. Date Change Option: We understand that circumstances may change, and flexibility is crucial. Therefore, customers have the freedom to reschedule their exam date to a more suitable time. This can be done through the Microsoft exam platform, enabling them to choose a date that aligns with their preparation and schedule.

3. Center Change Facility: Recognizing the need for adaptability, customers also have the option to change the exam center. In case they wish to take the exam at a different center than the one initially booked, they are free to do so by updating the center preference on the Microsoft exam's website.

Automated Dump Delivery:

Upon successful completion of the payment, customers will automatically receive the exam dump through email or WhatsApp, depending on their preferred communication method. The exam dump will provide additional support and preparation material to enhance their chances of success.
