Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without any additional fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a fee or be denied, depending on availability. Sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date. Refund Policy Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session. Refund requests after this period will not be honored. If the course session is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. All refund requests must be submitted through email with your booking details. Late Attendance Policy We request that all participants join the session promptly at the scheduled time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. After this grace period, entry may be denied, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Please ensure your internet connection and technology are set up before the session starts. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, this will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows. Please contact us if you are unable to attend, at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid penalties. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
